AYURVEDA

Originating in India over 5,000 years ago, Ayurveda is a holistic medical science that treats the root cause of ailments rather than just masking symptoms. According to Ayurvedic philosophy, every individual is born with a unique constitutional blueprint (Prakriti) made up of three vital energies or doshas: Vata (air & space), Pitta (fire & water), and Kappa (earth & water). When these doshas fall out of balance due to poor diet, stress, or environmental factors, illness arises.

["As the world searches for lasting health and inner balance, Ayurveda stands as the science of complete well being for humanity" - Dr. DK Shrivastava, International Ayurveda Expert]

Preventive Care (Swasthvritta)

Ayurveda emphasizes daily routines (Dinacharya) and seasonal routines (Ritucharya) to align your body with nature's rhythms, keeping immunity strong and disease at bay.

Deep Detoxification

Nourishing Nutrition(Ahara)

Food is viewed as medicine. Ayurveda prescribes personalized dietary choices based on your unique doshic constitution to optimize digestion (Agni).

Mind Body Harmony

NAVJEEVANAM PANCHKARMA

Panchakarma is an ancient, comprehensive system of Ayurvedic purification and detoxifying therapies designed to cleanse the body deeply, eliminate accumulated toxins, and restore natural constitutional balance. As a foundational healing practice, it transforms people's lives by providing deep physical detoxification, flushing out toxins from tissues, strengthening digestion, and boosting overall immunity. Additionally, it offers profound mental clarity and stress relief through therapies that calm the nervous system, help alleviate chronic stress and anxiety, and improve sleep disorders. It also effectively manages pain and inflammation by relieving joint stiffness and muscle discomfort, while promoting holistic rejuvenation that increases energy levels and fosters long-term well-being.

WORK IN UTTRAKHAND

National Nature Training Campaign – Uttarakhand

In November 2024, Dr. D.K. Srivastava was appointed as the Uttarakhand State Coordinator for the National Nature Training Campaign (राष्ट्रीय प्रकृति प्रशिक्षण अभियान). The nationwide initiative focuses on expanding the understanding and documentation of Ayurvedic Prakriti (individual constitution) through large-scale Nadi Parikshan (pulse diagnosis) and nature-based assessment. The campaign aims to assess the Prakriti of approximately 10 million (1 crore) people across India, creating a substantial research database for traditional Indian medicine. As Uttarakhand State Coordinator, Dr. Srivastava contributes to coordinating this initiative across the state, involving Ayurvedic students, faculty members, practitioners, medical colleges, and institutions in this large-scale effort to document and advance the understanding of Ayurveda.
